Founded in 1931, Tianyou Group has weathered the trials of the War of Resistance against Japan, undergone public-private partnership after liberation, and entered into a shareholding system reform after the Reform and Opening Up. It is now a mixed-ownership joint-stock company controlled by Chongqing Agricultural Investment Group, with various shareholdings including private capital and individual shareholders, boasting over 80 years of history.

Chongqing Tianyou Dairy Co., Ltd. is a large-scale state-owned, full-industry-chain professional dairy product provider integrating forage planting, dairy farming, production and processing, cold chain logistics and distribution, and marketing services.

Tianyou Dairy owns 39 ecological pastures and is the largest professional technical dairy product center in Southwest China. It has its own fleet of 158 transport vehicles, including 93 professional refrigerated trucks and 34 professional fresh milk refrigerated tank trucks. Its annual transport mileage exceeds 13 million kilometers (equivalent to circling the Earth's equator). Its annual cold chain logistics distribution capacity exceeds 300,000 tons.

Tianyou Group began purchasing Thermo King refrigeration units from Chongqing Changhui Company in 2015. After a year of comparing usage and maintenance services, they found that Chongqing Changhui's products were of excellent quality, offered reliable service, and had a low repair rate, providing a good guarantee for the company's product transportation. In 2016, they purchased another batch of refrigeration units for city-wide distribution and organized a visit for their logistics management personnel to Thermo King's Wujiang factory in Jiangsu Province. This visit deepened their understanding of Thermo King's products and instilled confidence in them. The cooperation with Chongqing Changhui went beyond a simple buyer-seller relationship; they also experienced the additional economic benefits it brought to the company.
