They are divided into internally mounted mechanical refrigerated containers with built-in refrigeration units and externally mounted mechanical refrigerated containers without refrigeration units. They are suitable for loading goods such as meat and fruit. Refrigerated containers have higher construction and operating costs; careful attention should be paid to the technical condition of the refrigeration unit and the required temperature of the goods inside the container during use.
