As is well known, buying a car is cheap, but using a car is expensive. Maintaining a car is difficult, but once it is well maintained, it will be a huge asset. It is a hassle free and effortless way to use a car, and I believe everyone is willing to do so. So friends, when choosing a refrigerated truck, don't be tempted by a cheap and inferior car, which may cause trouble in subsequent maintenance.

A typical refrigerated truck consists of three main parts: chassis, refrigeration unit, and trunk. Regular maintenance of the chassis is not mentioned here, and can be resolved with confidence at the service station. I mainly want to talk to you about how to use and maintain refrigeration units and compartments, which can better extend their lifespan.
1. Before starting up, wait for the engine to run and balance before turning on the refrigeration unit. Never turn on the refrigeration unit before starting the engine. Check and maintain all fasteners and connection joints of the unit to ensure they are secure and reliable.
If there is any looseness, tighten it and confirm whether the rotating parts such as pulleys, belts, evaporator fans, etc. are wrapped with flexible materials or in contact with other parts. If so, clean them immediately and confirm if there are paper scraps, wire ends, and a large amount of dust adhering to the condenser, evaporator, heat sink, etc.
Paper scraps and other foreign objects should be removed, and the dust in the heat sink should be blown clean with high-pressure air. When loading, the goods should not block the evaporator air outlet and return air outlet, and the cold air circulation in the cargo compartment should be kept smooth to ensure that there are no hot spots in the compartment.
2. When shutting down, first turn off the refrigeration unit and then turn off the engine. After the refrigeration unit has run for 100 hours, repeat the maintenance steps in step 1 above. If it has not been used for a long time, run the unit for 1-2 hours every 15 days before shutting it down. Secondly, check the stability of each circuit to ensure that the refrigeration unit is in normal working condition.
Car maintenance is relatively much simpler. When choosing, choose a reputable manufacturer. In later use, pay attention to avoiding hard objects from touching the refrigerated car body, which can damage the sealing effect and reduce the insulation ability. Use it carefully, wash it frequently, and ventilate it regularly, so there are basically no major problems.
Only by timely and necessary maintenance and upkeep of refrigerated trucks can we effectively ensure the normal use of various equipment in the operation of refrigerated trucks and better put them into later work.
