The choice of container is related to the specific goods being transported. Different products have different requirements for the trunk. For example, refrigerated trucks transporting fresh meat require customized hooks on the cargo compartment; The refrigerated trucks used for store delivery have small batch sizes, multiple varieties, and require multi temperature layer refrigerated trucks; Different temperature requirements and frequent loading and unloading require multiple refrigerated trucks with open doors. All of these can be customized from the cabin factory according to specific needs.

3、 Selection of refrigeration unit for refrigerated trucks

(1) Choose according to the size of the refrigerated compartment

Independent or non independent units can be selected. Generally speaking, a cabin over 6 meters long is suitable for selecting an independent unit, and the size of the independent unit can be determined based on the length of the cabin. Non independent units should be selected for cabins below 6 meters, where the cabin temperature can reach -18 ℃.

(2) According to the temperature requirements of the goods transported by the refrigerated truck, a cryogenic unit or a preservation unit can be selected. From above, deep freezing is more expensive, while preservation units are relatively cheaper. For cheap fresh-keeping units, the unit itself does not have defrosting function, and even some fresh-keeping units claim to reach temperatures as low as minus ten degrees, which is an exaggerated statement.

(3) Choose according to the requirements of refrigerated truck delivery

For example, when refrigerated trucks are used for point by point delivery of ice cream in cities, it is necessary to choose cold storage refrigeration units or independent units. Only for long-distance or long-distance point by point delivery within the city, fan refrigeration units are suitable.

(4) According to the place of origin of the refrigeration unit, it can be imported or domestically produced.

It should be noted that regardless of whether the unit is domestically produced or imported, the temperature sensor of the unit should be installed at the return air position of the evaporator, because the temperature sensor of the unit installed at the return air or exhaust position will have a temperature reading difference of 5 ℃.
