As a special vehicle, there are some things to pay attention to before driving a refrigerated truck to prevent unnecessary trouble during the journey. It is recommended to perform the following checks before loading goods and driving:

1. The supply of diesel or gasoline fuel for refrigerated trucks should be sufficient to ensure that the engine runs until at least the next checkpoint.
2. The engine oil supply for refrigerated trucks should be at the (full) mark, and do not overfill (replace once a year).
3. Check the coolant level gauge of the refrigerated truck to see if the coolant level is correct, and the pointer should be within the white range. If the coolant level is within the red range, it is necessary to add coolant to the coolant tank.
The usual coolant for refrigeration units is a mixture of ethylene glycol and water, and protection should be provided to prevent freezing at -34 ℃. Attention: Do not open the lid of the coolant tank when the coolant is hot.
4. The wiring terminals of refrigerated truck batteries should be firm and free from corrosion. The electrolyte should be at the full mark.
5. When wearing a belt, be kind and adjust it to the appropriate tightness. The sag is 13mm in the middle of the span between the pulleys.
6. Electrical check all electrical connectors in the electrical control circuit to ensure they are securely fixed. Wires and terminal blocks should be free from corrosion, burning, cracking, or moisture.
7. Visually inspect the unit for leaks, loose or broken parts, and other damages.
8. The installation gasket of the gasket unit should be firmly pressed and in good condition.
9. The condenser and evaporator coils of the refrigerated truck should be clean and free of dirt.
10. Check the defrost drainage hose and connector of the defrost drainage device to ensure they are unobstructed.
11. When loading goods into the cargo compartment, the evaporator's air outlet and return air outlet should not be obstructed, and the circulation of cold air in the cargo compartment should be kept smooth to ensure that there are no hot spots inside the compartment
Therefore, scientific maintenance and upkeep can not only ensure the integrity of equipment, but also reduce operating costs.
