Cold King agents believe that everyone knows that the working principle of refrigeration units is similar to that of air conditioners. Water is discharged during cold and hot exchange, but there is no water flowing out of the water pipes during the operation of the refrigeration unit. The air outlet of the refrigeration unit is also frozen and blocked, and the temperature inside the cargo box cannot be lowered. What is the reason for this? How can we solve it?

1、 There is no water discharged from the drainage pipe
If there is no water discharge from the refrigerated truck, it means that cold and hot exchange cannot be carried out, mainly for the following reasons:
1. Blockage of drainage pipes and filter screens, damage to drainage pipes resulting in the inability to discharge condensate water;
Without refrigerant, it cannot condense into water and naturally there is no water to be discharged;
3. The compressor is not working.
2、 Solution method
When the drainage pipe is damaged, first check whether there is dripping inside the box. If there is a damaged drainage pipe, it needs to be replaced in a timely manner. If not, check whether the drainage pipe and filter are blocked. You can open the connection of the drainage pipe and rinse it repeatedly with water to see if it can be unblocked. If not, you can slowly clear it with a fine wire, remove the blockage, and then rinse it with water until the drainage is unobstructed.
When the refrigerant is insufficient, the evaporation pressure is low and the evaporator forms frost, which is manifested as slow cooling. The liquid in the sight glass flows intermittently, mainly due to low suction pressure. Check whether the suction valve is damaged, and add an exhaust valve at a high point in the pipeline to exhaust or increase the cooling water flow rate.
3. The compressor is the main unit of the refrigeration machine. When the compressor is not working, it cannot discharge the high-temperature and high-pressure gas inside the cargo box to the condenser, and therefore cannot liquefy and discharge the gas.
