Vacuum maintenance refers to maintaining high vacuum after the unit is shut down. This method is relatively simple, saving both costs and nitrogen filling process operations. If the vacuum degree of the refrigeration machine is still qualified before trial operation, it can be directly started and put into operation.

Vacuum maintenance also has drawbacks: if the monitoring is not strict or the analysis error rate is incorrect, it will leak into the air and cause corrosion. In addition, if the refrigerator leaks due to poor sealing quality, nitrogen gas should be filled and pressurized for leak detection.

Therefore, it is better to charge nitrogen immediately after parking than after a leak. Of course, for a refrigerator with good sealing quality, this is another matter. Assign a dedicated person to monitor the vacuum level of the unit twice a day and perform vacuum maintenance. If there is a leak, it should be dealt with immediately without delay.

3. The internal cleaning of the refrigerator is a chemical cleaning of the refrigerant circulation system. When the interior of the refrigerator is severely corroded and unable to function properly, cleaning the refrigerator cavity is a method. Usually cleaned every 4-5 years.
