The floor of refrigerated trucks is generally made of aluminum guide rails with ventilation; However, some refrigerated trucks do not have aluminum rails and use flat anti slip floors. Generally speaking, as a third-party transportation or dairy product enterprise, transportation vehicles should choose flat and slip resistant floors to be suitable for transporting various products or to facilitate clean air.

However, be careful when loading. Double sided pallets should be used to load goods to ensure the circulation of cold air in the air. Do not stack goods directly on a flat floor.

Do not stack items in front of the evaporator outlet, otherwise it will hinder the flow of cold air; Blockage above the goods will cause a short circuit in the cold air flow. Maintain a small distance of 225 mm between the top of the goods and the roof of the vehicle. When loading, do not stack the goods too high.

Ensure that the loading height is not higher than the plane height of the air outlet. If the front of the air outlet is blocked by goods or too close to the goods, it will not only affect the storage and transportation temperature of the goods, but also affect the normal operation of the refrigeration unit.

Due to the blockage of the air outlet by goods, the cold (or hot) air cannot circulate normally in the carriage, resulting in an increase in the temperature of the goods.

On the other hand, due to the defrosting plan of refrigeration units, some units choose air induction defrosting. When the goods are too close to the air outlet, the coils inside the evaporator of the unit will quickly frost (or freeze), the air sensing switch will immediately activate, and the unit will quickly enter the defrosting state.

When the temperature of the coil rises to about 9 degrees (planned temperature), defrosting will immediately end. Therefore, the crew will exhibit the above operation within one cycle, which will result in the inability to lower the temperature inside the carriage. What benefits everyone is that the device always defrosts frequently.
