1. Evaporative Condenser

An evaporative condenser is a heat exchange device used in refrigeration systems for cooling cold storage. It consists of a centrifugal fan, fan coil units, heat exchange fins, and a housing. Also known as an evaporative cooler or condenser, it's a device that gradually cools the refrigerant in the tubes from a vapor state to a liquid state.

A typical evaporative condenser consists of a specialized axial flow fan, self-priming nozzles, an electronic descaling device, an air collection chamber, PVC heat exchange fins, a high-efficiency dehydrator, cooling tube assemblies, a filling material collection stainless steel water tank, a centrifugal water pump, a water distributor, and a housing.

2. Evaporative Cooling Tower

An evaporative cooling tower uses tap water as a circulating coolant to absorb heat from a system and release it into the air, thereby lowering the temperature. Its cooling effect utilizes the interaction of water and air to generate steam through heat exchange. The steam evaporates, carrying away heat, achieving heat dissipation through principles such as evaporative heat transfer, heat transfer through radiation, and heat conduction. This process dissipates waste heat generated in industrial processes or refrigeration, ensuring the normal operation of the entire system. The equipment is typically tower-shaped, hence the name evaporative cooling tower.

An evaporative cooling tower is a comprehensive product integrating fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, liquid mechanics, chemistry, cell biology, materials science, static and dynamic mechanics, and manufacturing technology. Water is a function of multiple variables, and cooling is also a multifactorial, multivariate, and multi-effect process.
