The production technology of refrigerated trucks in Chongqing is now very mature, and refrigerated trucks are very different from those in the past. The daily refrigerator insulation and temperature control technology we see now is already very good. With the premise of ensuring low temperature, goods can be transported to the north and south. However, the production process of refrigerated trucks in China is actually divided into three stages, which has brought the production process of refrigerated trucks to its current level.

1、 Injected foam metal skin structure

A refrigerator car in China is a car with a single foam metal shell structure. Due to the large amount of metal materials inside the vehicle, a large number of cold bridges can be formed, and the cooling and insulation effects also depend on this. In addition, because the insulation of the car is formed by injecting a lot of foam, the interior is actually not very insulated. In addition, since the foam material in the car body is both insulation material and adhesive, the overall bonding effect of the car is not very good. In other words, in addition to poor insulation, there is also a risk of disassembly during the operation of the first generation refrigerated trucks.

2、 Injection molded foam fiberglass structure

This technology is currently in its second phase and is still being used by car manufacturers. In the first stage, it was improved by injecting foam glass fiber reinforced plastic into the body, reducing the weight of the body and saving fuel costs for the driver. At the same time, the insulation effect is very good, and there is no adhesion, bubbling or other phenomena, which is a common car body structure in recent years.

3、 Fully enclosed polyurethane board bonded FRP structure

This process is now quite common in the production of refrigerated truck cash and is also the car manufacturing process currently used by Xiaodu Automobile Factory. It is made of unsaturated polyester resin as a binder, combined with buffering technology. The polyurethane foam thermal insulation material is selected, because of its low thermal conductivity, high strength, good thermal insulation effect and good thermal insulation effect on the room. Board bonding uses high viscosity and high sealing resin adhesive, which can form a good bond with the box and become a whole. This technology makes our cars sturdy and insulated.

From the development of refrigerated container production technology, it is not difficult to see that we are constantly improving and aligning with various countries, while the production technology of refrigerated transport vehicles is gradually comparable in developed countries. This also proves the importance that China attaches to the cold chain distribution industry.
