The longer the vehicle is parked, the more severe the deterioration. When the engine is restarted, dry or semi dry friction will form between the cylinder and piston. Accelerate the wear of parts and cause difficulty in starting. So you need to drain the engine oil completely. In addition, the antifreeze in the cooling system also needs to be drained completely. The lead-acid batteries commonly used in refrigerated trucks are characterized by self discharge when the truck is stopped. Under normal conditions. The self discharge of the battery every day and night can reduce its capacitance by 1%. Especially serious is the long-term self discharge of the battery. Sulfides are generated on the surface of the electrode plate, which affects the effectiveness of battery recharging and leads to premature scrapping of the battery. Therefore, the electrolyte level of the battery should be 10-15mm higher than the electrode plate. If it is insufficient, distilled water should be added in a timely manner to maintain sufficient power, and the battery should be charged when necessary.

4、 Drying the carpet inside the car

Products on the car, such as carpets, are prone to absorbing moisture. Especially in humid areas and rainy seasons, it is more susceptible to moisture and mold. Therefore, refrigerated car owners entrust their families to regularly inspect the products in the car, air dry them in a timely manner, and keep them dry.

5、 Maintain ventilation in the garage

The garage where vehicles are parked should be regularly ventilated to keep the relative humidity of the air below 70%. Parts and surfaces that are prone to rust should be coated with engine oil, lubricating grease, or wrapped with oil paper. The pores on each assembly mechanism should be sealed to prevent air, moisture, and dust from entering the interior.

6、 The fuel tank should be tightly sealed

When refrigerated trucks are stopped for a long time, the octane value of gasoline will decrease with the loss of light components and the increase of gum content, thereby reducing its anti knock performance. Therefore, the fuel tank should be tightly sealed and avoid excessive temperature, and the storage time of gasoline should not be too long.

7、 Cars are idle, people cannot be idle

If the refrigerated truck is not used for a long time, entrust the family to start the engine once a month and check the operation of the engine. If there are any abnormal phenomena, they need to be adjusted and repaired in a timely manner.

8、 How to start a vehicle that has been idle for a long time

If the vehicle is parked for a long time, running after starting, and the idle speed is unstable, fluctuating up and down, you can put it in N gear and increase the throttle at a constant speed to about 4500 revolutions per minute for 20 seconds, which will help you "get rid of the problem", especially for vehicles that have been parked for more than 3 years.

9、 Precautions
