In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's living standards, fresh fruits, vegetables, seafood, and other items have become indispensable in people's daily lives. At the same time, it has also promoted the rapid development of refrigerated truck transportation, leading many experienced drivers to join the refrigerated truck transportation industry. Do experienced drivers really know what to pay attention to during refrigerated truck transportation?

1、 Always pay attention to the temperature of the carriage to prevent damage to the goods
Compared to other ordinary goods, refrigerated trucks may have higher shipping costs, but there are also more precautions to be taken during transportation. Once the temperature of the carriage is unstable, too cold or too hot during transportation, the goods cannot be preserved for a long time and are easily damaged. The driver will also face compensation for the damage to the goods.
Different goods have different requirements for the temperature of the carriage, and the specific temperature setting range during transportation needs to be determined according to the specific situation of storage and transportation. When encountering uncertainty about how much temperature to set in the carriage, it is important to clarify with the cargo owner to prevent additional losses.
During transportation, it is also necessary to always pay attention to the temperature of the carriage. If the temperature is too high, it is necessary to "cool down" to reduce the temperature. If the temperature is too low, it is necessary to increase the temperature. It is not advisable to be careless. Nowadays, many temperature controllers for refrigerated truck compartments are designed in the cab, making it very convenient to check. If the original car does not have this design, you can also install it later.
2、 Attention should be paid to daily maintenance during loading and unloading of goods
In addition to paying attention during transportation, loading and unloading of goods should not be careless.
Before loading:
1. According to the temperature requirements for transporting goods, pre cool the refrigerated truck compartment in advance until it reaches the appropriate temperature for loading.
2. Before loading, check if there is any protective equipment inside the carriage, such as the evaporator fan, to prevent accidental damage during loading and unloading.
When loading:
1. Try not to open the car door too wide to reduce the entry of heat and moisture, and move as quickly as possible.
2. Be careful not to block the inlet and outlet of the evaporator during loading.
3. According to the different types of transported goods, some space should be reserved in the carriage, and some distance should be reserved between the goods and the roof, as well as in front of the carriage, to ensure that the air conditioning can flow fully.
4. Place cargo pallets between the cargo and the carriage floor to ensure that the bottom air conditioning can circulate.
5. Ensure that all loading personnel have left the cargo box and tightly close the car doors.
In addition, it is necessary to regularly inspect the vehicle chassis, cabin refrigeration unit, backup power supply, etc. to ensure their normal operation and prevent any malfunctions or inability to move during transportation, which may cause damage to the goods. At the same time, it is necessary to regularly clean the interior of the carriage to ensure the security of food transportation.
