Polyurethane foam is an excellent thermal insulation material widely used. This material is popular among domestic refrigerated truck companies due to its low thermal conductivity, good insulation performance, and high strength. Polyurethane materials have very small foam density and bubble diameter. In addition, polyurethane materials are also suitable for various sheet manufacturing processes, such as injection molding foaming, bonding, spraying, etc.
Polystyrene foam is a thermal insulation material made of polystyrene resin. The foam is loose, with good heat insulation performance, small water absorption, good low temperature resistance and easy cutting, but the thermal insulation layer of the refrigerator car can only be made by bonding process.
In foreign countries, this material has basically been abandoned. Our country still uses this material to save money. Polystyrene should achieve the same insulation effect as polyurethane materials, and the thickness of the insulation material should be increased by at least 20%.
As the thickness increases, the service quality of refrigerated trucks improves, the loading quality decreases, and energy consumption increases. Extruded polystyrene foam is a kind of thermal insulation material extruded from polystyrene resin and corresponding additives.
This insulation material is similar to a honeycomb structure, with uniform thickness, no gaps or broken gaps. Extruded polyethylene has the advantages of high compressive strength, low thermal conductivity, low water absorption, and long service life.
We have also developed a new type of insulation material - vacuum insulation board, which has good insulation effect and is more energy-efficient to install. At present, the manufacturing process of this material abroad is quite mature. The ventilation duct design has increased the circulation speed of most signs, making the interior of the refrigerator smooth and flat. In fact, the inner surface structure of refrigerated trucks is not only uneven, but also quite complex.
The refrigeration unit generates cold air that blows to the rear door, descends to the floor through the groove on the rear door panel, and then returns to the floor of the front wall groove, increasing the front wall return air outlet between the ribs and serving as an auxiliary exhaust groove on the side wall.
The design of a six sided ventilated refrigerator can increase the ventilation area by 30%, achieve rapid circulation ventilation, quickly reduce the temperature inside the cabinet, avoid temperature blind spots, and effectively achieve energy conservation. In addition, compared with surface mounted air ducts, the loading space of the carriage has increased by 9.8%, making it easier to clean.
Improving sealing performance and energy efficiency are also important criteria for evaluating the quality of refrigerated trucks. In general, refrigerators equipped with air curtains are better and more energy-efficient than those equipped with air curtains and plastic curtains. Especially when the external temperature exceeds 40 degrees, the effect of the air curtain is fully demonstrated. At present, plastic door curtains have been widely used in China.
The splicing process of refrigerated truck manufacturers' bodies is closely related to their sealing performance. At present, most manufacturers use rivet splicing technology, which is firm in splicing, but it is prone to poor sealing and cold air operation. As customer demand increases, refrigerated truck companies should not remain in the price competition stage.
