Check the leakage of the refrigeration unit system in the refrigerated container: check the technology of the braking system, clean up any loose, leaking or leaking connections.
Inspection of the driving status of refrigerated containers: Start the starter, release the handbrake, and drive the vehicle at a speed of 20-30 km/h. Step on the brake pedal on a dry and straight road surface.
The refrigerated truck should slow down quickly and stop, without deviating. After braking, when the brake pedal is released and the vehicle continues to drive, it should be able to start and drive smoothly. When the steering wheel does not move during the driving process, the refrigerated truck should maintain a straight line without deviation. When the vehicle travels a certain distance and stops to check the temperature of the brake drum, brake disc box, and brake pads, the temperature should be normal and not overheating.

Refrigerated container parking status inspection: After starting the engine and running it for several minutes, the hydraulic brake system responds normally when the brake pedal is pressed, and the piping system is normal. Check the brake fluid level of the refrigerated truck: The brake fluid storage level should be between the underlined lines on the reservoir.
If the brake fluid is insufficient, the same type and brand of brake fluid should be added, and other types of brake fluid or alcohol substitutes should not be added. When checking the foot feel of the brake pedal of the refrigerated truck hydraulic brake system: When stepping on the brake pedal, first feel the stroke of the pedal (meeting the requirements of various vehicle models), which should be between 6-20mm.
Continuously press the pedal, and the pedal should have significant resistance until it cannot be pressed. If the pedal is soft and there is no obvious resistance, it indicates a fault in the braking system and should be repaired.
If the pedal is low and returns to normal, but there is a small amount of elasticity when stepping on the pedal, it indicates that there is air in the brake pipeline, and the air in the brake hydraulic pipeline should be eliminated.
