1) Correction of scratches and cracks on the inner skin of the container
Let's talk about the scratches and cracks on the outer skin of refrigerated containers, which directly affect the appearance of the container. For deep scratches and cracks on the inner skin of the container, it may affect the insulation function of the temperature box.
The correction method often uses the polishing and painting treatment method, which first grinds scratches and cracks into a rough surface, and then evenly alters the mixed atomic ash on top. After the atomic ash dries completely, it is polished flat and painted.

2) Correction of Small Area Peeling of Container Skin
Small area peeling of the skin on the body surface, commonly known as blistering, is caused by the small amount of air between the skin and insulation layer that can be discharged in a timely manner during the production process of the box board, resulting in the inability to bond both the skin and insulation layer.
This phenomenon can easily cause the entire skin to peel off, seriously affecting the effect. The correction method often uses the injection method. Drill a small hole in the middle of the peeling area of the box board, inject the incomplete material into it with a glue gun, and use external force to press it tightly. After the glue has solidified, polish and spray paint it.
3) Correction of Damaged Container Insulation Layer
Due to impact or other reasons, the insulation layer may be damaged, which is a major damage to the refrigerated container body and may cause the refrigerated truck to lose its insulation function. The correction method mostly adopts the block compensation method.
Cut off the damaged part of the insulation layer in a small area, and use polyurethane insulation material and fiberglass sheet of the same size as the main 1. Cover the insulation material with fiberglass felt and apply incomplete polyester adhesive.
Place the glass steel plates inside and outside the refrigerated truck in the cut cavity of the box panel, and use external force to fix it together with the entire box panel, about 1-2 small tons. After the polyester adhesive solidifies, polish and paint it.
