The compressor of a refrigerated truck is maintained and serviced by general methods such as wiping, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment to maintain and protect the performance and condition of the equipment, which is called equipment maintenance. The requirements for maintenance and upkeep of refrigerated truck equipment mainly include four aspects:

(1) Clean the inside and outside of the equipment, with no oil stains on the sliding surfaces, screws, racks, gearboxes, oil holes, etc., and no oil or gas leakage in any part. The chips, debris, and dirt around the equipment should be cleaned thoroughly;
(2) Neat, tools, accessories, and workpieces should be placed neatly, and pipes and lines should be organized;
(3) Good lubrication, timely refueling or oil change, continuous oiling, no dry friction phenomenon, normal oil pressure, bright oil level, smooth oil circuit, oil quality meets the requirements, refrigerated truck oil gun, oil cup, and oil felt are clean;
(4) Security, comply with security operating procedures, do not overload equipment, ensure that the security protection devices of the equipment are complete and reliable, and promptly eliminate unsafe factors.
The maintenance of refrigeration equipment generally includes daily maintenance, regular maintenance, regular inspections, and precision checks of refrigerated trucks. Equipment lubrication and cooling system maintenance are also important aspects of equipment maintenance.
The daily maintenance of equipment is the basic work of equipment maintenance, which must be institutionalized and standardized. The regular maintenance and upkeep of refrigerated truck equipment should be subject to work quotas and material consumption quotas, and assessed according to the quotas. The regular maintenance and upkeep of equipment should be included in the assessment of the workshop contracting responsibility system.
Regular equipment inspection is a planned preventive inspection that involves not only human senses, but also inspection tools and instruments, carried out according to the regular inspection card. Regular inspections are also known as periodic spot checks. Mechanical equipment should also undergo precision checks to determine the actual accuracy of the equipment.
Equipment maintenance should be carried out in accordance with maintenance procedures. The equipment maintenance regulations of refrigeration unit manufacturers are requirements and regulations for daily maintenance of equipment. Adhering to the equipment maintenance regulations can extend the service life of equipment and ensure a safe and comfortable working environment. The main content should include:
(1) The equipment should meet the requirements of neatness, cleanliness, sturdiness, lubrication, corrosion prevention, security, etc., including the content, methods, tools and materials used, standards and precautions to be taken;
(2) The parts, methods, and standards for daily inspection and maintenance, as well as regular inspections
(3) The content and methods of inspecting and evaluating the maintenance level of equipment by operators.
