Inspection of refrigerated trucks in motion: Start the engine, release the handbrake, and allow the car to travel at a speed of 20-30 km/h. Step on the brake pedal on a dry and flat road surface, and the refrigerated truck should quickly slow down and park without any deviation.
After braking, when the brake pedal is released and the vehicle continues to move, it should be able to start and move smoothly, and when the steering wheel is not moved during movement, the refrigerated truck should continue to move in a straight line without deviating. After the sedan has traveled a certain distance, when parking and checking the temperature of the brake drum, brake disc box, and brake pads, the temperature should be normal and not hot to the touch.

Inspection of refrigerated truck parking status: After starting the engine and running it for several minutes, if the hydraulic brake system responds normally when the brake pedal is pressed, then the pipeline system is normal.
Check the brake fluid level of the refrigerated truck: The brake fluid storage level should be between the upper and lower markings of the reservoir. If there is a shortage of brake fluid, the same type and brand of brake fluid should be added, and other types of brake fluid or alcohol substitutes should not be added.
When you want to check the foot feel of the brake pedal of the refrigerated truck hydraulic brake system: stepping on the brake pedal, you should first be able to feel the small free stroke of the pedal, which should be between 6-20mm.
Continuously press the pedal, there should be significant resistance until it cannot be stepped on. If the pedal is soft and there is no obvious resistance when pressed, it indicates that the braking system has a fault and should be repaired. If the pedal is very low when pressed, but there is a slight elasticity when pressed firmly, it indicates that there is air in the brake pipeline and the air in the brake hydraulic pipeline should be eliminated.
