2、 Classification of refrigerated trucks

Refrigerated cars are actually called refrigerated and insulated cars, which are divided into two categories: refrigerated cars and insulated cars. Insulated vehicles refer to vehicles with insulated compartments that are suitable for short distance insulated transportation. Refrigerated truck refers to a car with an insulated compartment and a refrigeration device.

According to the refrigeration method of the refrigeration device, there are mechanical refrigerated vehicles, frozen plate refrigerated vehicles, liquid nitrogen refrigerated vehicles, and dry ice refrigerated vehicles

Cold refrigerated vehicles, among which mechanical refrigerated vehicles are the main types of refrigerated vehicles, and the vast majority of refrigerated vehicles in China are also mechanical refrigerated vehicles

Classified by chassis carrying capacity: micro refrigerated truck, small refrigerated truck, medium refrigerated truck, large refrigerated truck. Classified by carriage type: bread refrigerated truck, box refrigerated truck, semi-trailer refrigerated truck.

3、 Composition of refrigerated trucks

Refrigerated trucks are mainly composed of components such as the car chassis, thermal insulation compartment, refrigeration unit, and temperature recorder inside the compartment. For other vehicles with specific requirements, such as meat hook trucks, optional accessories such as meat hooks, waist guards, aluminum alloy guide rails, and ventilation ducts can be installed.

Refrigerated truck chassis: Common refrigerated truck chassis in China mainly include Jiefang, Dongfeng, Qingling, Jiangling, Jianghuai, Futian, etc.

Refrigerated compartment body: generally composed of polyurethane materials, fiberglass, as well as color steel plates, stainless steel, etc. The production techniques include: sandwich panel bonding with segmented assembly (commonly used), injection foaming with segmented assembly, injection foaming with integral skeleton, vacuum adsorption bonding, etc.

Refrigerated truck refrigeration unit: Refrigerated units are divided into non independent refrigeration units and independent refrigeration units. Domestic and imported units, etc.

Most car models use external refrigeration units, while a few micro refrigerated trucks use internal refrigeration units. For refrigerated trucks with lower temperature requirements, a built-in cold plate (equivalent to an evaporator) can be used in the compartment
