1. The purpose of the Cold King refrigeration unit is to standardize the management of refrigerated trucks and ensure the quality of refrigerated drugs based on the "Good Manufacturing Practice for Drugs".

2. In the refrigerated compartment, the distance between the medicine and the front panel of the compartment shall not be less than 10 centimeters, and the distance between the medicine and the rear panel, side panel, and bottom panel shall not be less than 5 centimeters. The height of the medicine stacking shall not exceed the lower edge of the air outlet of the refrigeration unit to ensure normal airflow circulation and uniform temperature distribution.

Open the refrigeration unit and temperature monitoring equipment in advance, preheat or pre cool the cabin to the specified temperature;

Turn off the refrigeration unit at the beginning of loading and complete the drug loading as soon as possible;

After the drug loading is completed, promptly close the carriage door, check the tightness of the door, and lock it;

Start and check the operation status of the refrigeration unit and temperature monitoring system. Only when the equipment is running normally can it be started.

1. Start the vehicle, turn on the power control box, push on the power supply switch, and turn on the temperature control system.

2. Settings

① Set the starting temperature of the refrigeration unit to 6.0'C and the stopping temperature to 4.00C in the temperature control system<

② Set alarm parameters in the temperature and humidity recorder: temperature upper limit of 80C, lower limit of 20C; relative humidity upper limit of 75%, lower limit of 35%,

③ Set the temperature and humidity recorder to record temperature and humidity every 5 minutes,.

3. Inspection: Before starting, check and confirm the hygiene conditions of the car compartment. The interior of the compartment should be kept clean and free of debris, debris, and other foreign objects.

Start the refrigeration unit, pre cool to 4 ` C, and turn off the refrigeration unit. When loading drugs into the carriage, it is important to note that the goods should be evenly placed on the frame, with a distance of no less than 10cm between the drugs. The placement direction should be parallel to the wind direction and maintain normal air circulation.

The height of drug stacking shall not exceed the air outlet of the refrigeration unit. Leave sufficient ventilation space between the medicine and the carriage. The ventilation distance between the medicine and the front panel of the compartment should be no less than 15 centimeters, and the air flow distance between the medicine and the rear panel, side panel, and bottom panel should be no less than 5 centimeters. The duration of each loading should be 5 minutes.

After loading, close the carriage, check the tightness of the carriage door, and start the refrigeration unit. Before driving, check whether the internal and external fans are running normally, whether the cooling is normal, whether the door seal is tight, and whether the carriage is insulated.

Check if the temperature and humidity recorder is recording properly. When the temperature reaches the lower limit, the refrigeration unit automatically stops working. When the upper temperature limit is reached, the refrigeration unit automatically starts working. When the temperature reaches the range of 4-6 ℃, the vehicle will be released after passing the inspection.

During loading and unloading, the refrigeration unit should be turned off before opening the car door. When unloading, the door should be quickly entered and exited, and the door should be closed casually. The opening time for each door should not exceed 5 minutes; If unloading in batches, it should be carried out in batches when the temperature inside the compartment does not exceed 6 ℃.
