The Cold King agent is here to take everyone to learn about it.

1. The designed refrigerated truck requires a rated load capacity of about 1 ton, and the four walls of the refrigerated truck compartment are required to have sufficient strength and rigidity to resist impact deformation; Has good cold and heat insulation functions; The materials used in the carriage require low density.
Lightweight to increase the overall utilization factor of the vehicle, the cabin has two functions: preservation and freezing. The preservation function requires a temperature of -5 ℃ inside the cabin, and the freezing function requires a temperature of -15 ℃ inside the cabin. The refrigerated truck uses a refrigeration unit for cooling, and the temperature distribution inside the cabin is required to be relatively uniform during cooling.
2. To meet the above requirements, the total size of the designed carriage is 4000mm × 1800mm × 1800mm. Each wall panel, door, etc. of the carriage is a three-layer structure of fiberglass reinforced plastic sandwiched with rigid polyurethane. To ensure the insulation, usability, impact and vibration resistance of the carriage and other self loading and unloading requirements, a fiberglass thickness of 3mm is selected.
The thickness of the rigid polyurethane board is tentatively set at 80mm; the entire carriage consists of a front panel, bottom panel, side panel, doors, evaporator, air guide plate, and microporous film.
In order to achieve assembly and coordination between the bottom plate, top plate, side plate, and front plate, a 45 ° wave mode slope is set at the edge of the plate to enhance the overall strength and stiffness of the carriage, while ensuring tight adhesion between the layers of the carriage.
Strengthening ribs have been added between the fiberglass and polyurethane interlayer, which means that several U-shaped thin plates are processed on one side of the inner and outer fiberglass plates respectively. In order to ensure thermal insulation effect, the two U-shaped thin plates should be arranged in a staggered manner with a height of 30mm, ensuring that the total height of the two thin plates is less than the thickness of the polyurethane layer to prevent contact, thereby increasing the thermal conductivity and affecting the thermal insulation effect.
