In the installation of refrigeration unit compressors, independent refrigeration unit compressor brackets are usually used for auxiliary assembly. However, the stability of existing refrigeration unit compressor brackets is insufficient, which affects the offset of the gear train transmission during the operation of the refrigeration unit compressor and affects the service life of the refrigeration unit compressor.

The compressor bracket of the refrigeration unit is equipped with a transmission tensioning wheel frame, a compressor fixing bracket, and a tensioning wheel shaft on the support plate. The refrigeration unit compressor is fixed by the compressor, and the rotational force of the engine crankshaft is guided to the refrigeration unit compressor through the transmission tensioning wheel in the transmission tensioning wheel frame to guide the transmission belt.

The tensioning wheel set connected to the tensioning wheel axle plays an auxiliary adjustment role in the transmission belt. The tensioning wheel, the tensioning wheel, and the rotating wheel of the refrigeration unit compressor are located on the same horizontal plane. Through the cooperation of the three, the displacement of the wheel system transmission during the operation of the refrigeration unit compressor is reduced, and the service life of the refrigeration unit compressor is improved.

The compressor bracket of the refrigeration unit includes a support plate, and an installation hole is provided above the support plate. The installation hole is compatible with the engine installation hole of the refrigerated truck. The support plate also includes a transmission tension frame and a compressor fixing bracket.

The transmission tensioning frame is a left and right through structure, and the left and rear edges of the transmission tensioning frame are welded and fixed to one end of the right side of the support plate. The transmission tensioning frame includes a U-shaped groove, a rotating shaft, and a transmission tensioning wheel. The U-shaped groove is set at the center right position of the front and rear end faces of the transmission tensioning frame, and the front and rear U-shaped grooves correspond to each other. The rotating shaft penetrates and slides through the U-shaped grooves on the front and rear end faces.

The transmission tensioning wheel is set in the middle of the transmission tensioning frame, and the rotating shaft passes through the center position of the transmission tensioning wheel. The compressor fixing bracket is a U-shaped structure, and the U-shaped back of the compressor fixing bracket is welded and fixed to the left end face of the support plate.

The U-shaped front and rear end faces of the compressor fixing bracket are fixed plate one and fixed plate two, respectively. Fixed plate one and fixed plate two are arranged parallel, and there are four fixing holes set at the symmetrical positions of fixed plate one and fixed plate two, which match the fixing points of the refrigeration unit compressor.

Fixed plate one and fixed plate two are equipped with curved surfaces at one end away from the support plate, which can facilitate the passage of the refrigeration unit compressor. The support plate also includes a tensioning wheel shaft, and the rotating shaft surface of the tensioning wheel shaft is horizontally welded to the left end surface of the support plate. The tensioning wheel shaft is located at the upper end of the compressor fixed bracket.

When in use, fix the compressor bracket of the refrigeration unit to the engine through the installation hole, and fix the compressor of the refrigeration unit to the compressor fixing bracket. Guide the transmission belt of the engine through the transmission tensioner and onto the rotating wheel of the refrigeration unit compressor.

By using the transmission tensioning wheel frame to preliminarily limit the transmission belt, and by setting the U-shaped groove, shaft, and transmission tensioning wheel, an auxiliary tensioning force is given to the transmission belt to make the transmission of the transmission belt smoother.

After passing through the compressor of the refrigeration unit, the transmission belt is guided to the tensioning wheel, and then guided back to the engine unit through the tensioning wheel, completing the entire circuit of the refrigeration unit compressor receiving power.
