Let's talk about the insulation function of refrigerated truck casings. Otherwise, it will cause great damage to the refrigeration unit of the refrigerated truck. Cardholders should choose the appropriate casing according to the goods they usually carry, otherwise the maintenance frequency and cost will be very high, and it will also delay time, which is not worth the loss.

The problems with the refrigerated truck compartment are mainly cracking and bulging. The reason for the cracking is that the mounted cargo exceeds the maximum load-bearing capacity of the roof, and this problem is more likely to occur on F-class meat hook trucks.

1. There are two main factors contributing to the occurrence of bulges. One is the manufacturer's manufacturing process, which did not complete the board making within the specified time and is also related to the board making environment. The second is that the shipper did not load the goods according to the refrigerated truck loading specifications, causing bulges when the goods hit the panel.

2. The top plate is cracked. It is recommended to contact the installation manufacturer for return to the factory for repair, as this process is relatively complicated and requires data analysis and modeling experiments.

3. The box is bulging, and the area of the bulge is determined. Then, several holes are drilled at the bulge, and the number of holes depends on the bulge area and the degree of bulging. After drilling the holes, a layer of plastic film is laid on top of the holes, and remember to leave holes.

This plastic film is mainly used to prevent colloid contamination of the box board during glue injection. Then, the composite glue sent by the manufacturer on the refrigerated truck is injected into the holes that have been drilled, and the glue is squeezed while injecting until colloid flows out automatically from the holes, and then the glue injection is stopped.

Then take a new plastic film and cover it on the hole again. Be careful not to tear the plastic film. Look for a wooden or steel plate with a relatively flat cross-section and press it on top. Use the accompanying pole scale and choose a suitable support method to fix the wooden or steel plate. After about 10 hours, the drum has been processed and all repair arrangements can be removed.

For the sake of aesthetics, you can choose to use a blade to scrape off excess glue on the back. Be careful not to use the blade to scrape, as the blade will leave scratches on the box board. Use paint of the same or similar color on the box board to touch up the holes, so that the overall visual appearance of the processed box body will not appear abrupt.

The refrigerated truck compartment is mainly used for insulation. For F-class meat hook trucks, the load-bearing capacity of the roof also needs to be considered. If we only pursue the retail price of the whole vehicle and ignore our own driving environment, the maintenance cost of the whole vehicle will be much higher than the selling cost in the future.
