Drug refrigerated truck, also known as drug refrigerated transport truck, is used for cold chain express delivery of drugs, vaccines, and transplanted organs. Not only does it require the refrigeration and preservation functions of Chongqing refrigerated trucks, but it also requires the material of the compartment, the accuracy of the refrigeration temperature, the uniformity of the refrigeration temperature, temperature and humidity detection, temperature and humidity recording, automatic alarm for temperature and humidity exceeding limits, GPS positioning, and even remote monitoring by cameras for some customers to ensure the security of drug transportation. Let's take a look at the requirements that pharmaceutical refrigerated trucks need to meet together:

1. Refrigerated trucks should comply with the requirements of the new version of GSP (Ministry of Health Order No. 90) and the national standard requirements - "QC/T450 Technical Conditions for Insulated and Refrigerated Trucks".

2. It has the functions of automatically regulating temperature, displaying temperature, storing and reading temperature monitoring data. The temperature inside the cargo compartment should be ensured to be uniform, and the temperature at each point should be controlled within the range of 2-8 ℃.

3. Set up temperature monitoring points for the carriage (the number of temperature monitoring point terminals installed shall not be less than 2). The maximum allowable error of temperature and humidity measuring equipment is ± 0.5 ℃. The temperature monitoring system should automatically monitor and record the temperature and humidity environment during the storage and transportation of drugs without interruption. The system should update the temperature and humidity data of the measuring points at least every minute, automatically record real-time temperature and humidity data at least every 30 minutes during storage, and automatically record real-time temperature data at least every 5 minutes during transportation. When the monitored temperature and humidity exceed the specified range, the system should record real-time temperature and humidity data at least once every minute.

4. When the monitored temperature and humidity data reaches the set critical value or exceeds the specified range, and the system experiences power interruption, the system should be able to provide sound and light alarms on-site and at designated locations, and at the same time, use SMS communication and other methods to alert no less than 3 designated personnel.

5. Using GPRS connection to display temperature in real-time.

6. Goods inside the compartment shall not be placed against the compartment wall or directly on the surface of the compartment.

7. The temperature control system of the drug refrigerated truck and the temperature uniformity inside the refrigerated compartment have been verified to be qualified.
