1. For stationary conveyors, install them on a fixed foundation according to the prescribed installation method. Before operation, the wheels of mobile conveyors should be wedged with triangular blocks or braked to prevent movement during operation. When multiple conveyors are operating in parallel, a one-meter passage should be maintained between machines and between a machine and a wall.
2. Before using the conveyor, check that all moving parts, belt fasteners, and load-bearing devices are functioning properly, and that all protective equipment is complete. The belt tension must be adjusted to a suitable level before starting.
3. Generator belt conveyors should be started under no-load. Material can only be fed in after the conveyor is running normally. It is forbidden to feed material before starting the machine.
4. When several conveyors are running in series, they should be started sequentially from the unloading end. Material can only be fed in after all conveyors are running normally.
5. If belt misalignment occurs during operation, stop the machine and adjust it. Do not force it to continue operating, as this will wear down the edges and increase the load.
6. The working environment and the temperature of the conveyed materials must not exceed 50℃ or fall below -10℃.
7. Pedestrians and passengers are prohibited from walking or riding on the conveyor belt.
