Cleaning Method for Condenser of Refrigerated Trucks in Chongqing:
1. Dilute the detergent with water. The detergent for the condenser is alkaline and slightly corrosive to the condenser. Therefore, diluting it with water is crucial. While a high concentration may clean very well, the corrosiveness must be considered.
2. Start the refrigerated truck and turn on the air conditioning to allow the electric fan to operate. First, rinse with clean water, using the fan's rotation to ensure the water covers the entire condenser thoroughly. The electric fan may stop operating due to low condenser temperature; in this case, stop rinsing and allow the condenser temperature to rise so the fan restarts.
3. After the entire condenser is thoroughly wet, use a spray tool (such as a watering can) to spray the diluted detergent onto the condenser surface. The electric fan should also be running at this time, using its rotation to draw in and distribute the detergent to all areas. Once the condenser is sufficiently cleaned, turn off the air conditioning and engine. Observe the condenser surface. After a few minutes, you will see the dirt slowly "float" to the surface, accompanied by small bubbles. Wait a few more minutes. 4. Turn the air conditioner back on and make the fan run. At this point, rinse the condenser thoroughly with plenty of water. Don't skip this step. Once rinsed, you'll find the condenser surface is clean; we can usually clean it until it looks brand new.
Some car owners, worried about their own professionalism, take their refrigerated trucks to professional car washes. However, this can be a significant expense.
