With the increasing demand for refrigerated products, refrigerated trucks are becoming more and more popular. However, there are still many people who are not very clear about the use of refrigerated trucks, and some incorrect methods of using refrigerators may reduce their lifespan.

1、 Composition of refrigeration unit for refrigerated truck
(1) Temperature controller for cabin display equipment
(2) Vehicle mounted compressor as a power source for refrigeration units
(3) Refrigeration unit condenser
(4) Evaporator of refrigeration unit
2、 The refrigeration unit of a refrigerated truck is not independent, that is, the vehicle's engine is the power source. Therefore, when using a refrigeration unit, the engine should be started first. Before starting the refrigeration unit in winter, the engine should be preheated for 3-5 minutes.
3、 The refrigeration unit is not commonly used in winter and should be turned on 1-2 times a week for about 10 minutes to maintain normal operation of the refrigeration unit and avoid sinking of compressor lubricating oil and inadequate lubrication of parts.
4、 Regularly check the deflection of the compressor belt. If the compressor belt is too loose, the faulty compressor clutch will slip, the belt will make a squeaking sound, and there is a tension wheel on the generator. The compressor belt can be adjusted by turning the tensioner with a wrench to troubleshoot.
The carriage is the core component of a refrigerated truck. In the process of cold chain transportation, only the normal operation of the refrigerator can achieve good cargo preservation effect, and the temperature inside the vehicle can be effectively controlled. Therefore, the maintenance of the refrigerator in summer is particularly important. When installing the refrigerator, avoid exposing the power circuit inside the car and pay attention to the damage of the alternating cold and hot lighting equipment inside the car. If the refrigerator runs for too long, it is easy to cause the compressor to lock up, resulting in damage to the refrigeration system. Therefore, during use, it is necessary to develop a maintenance plan based on usage time and mileage.
