1. Allow the composite board to fully cure
The forming process of composite panels is carried out at room temperature, under the action of curing agents and promoting agents, the functional groups of resin molecules are cross-linked step by step to form. The raw material resin molecules before the reaction are linear macromolecules, which contain a large number of functional groups - unsaturated bonds. During the reaction process, under the action of styrene crosslinking agent, large molecules are formed through mutual crosslinking, transforming the entire structure into a single entity, thus forming thermosetting plastics. The subsequent curing process takes a long time at room temperature. If the curing time does not meet the requirements during the production process, that is, the degree of curing is not enough, and the internal part of the molecule is thermoplastic. The characteristics of thermoplasticity are thermal melting or softening, and plastic deformation. Make its size larger than the original size, that is, the panel size is larger than the mold size. Due to the limitations of the mold being greater than that of the stretching plate mold, it is prone to wrinkling. As the temperature and time increase, the degree of curing of thermosetting resin molecules increases, and the molecules undergo cross-linking reactions to form a shape structure. The panel and side panel are cured, and the composite board is not easily stretched, which is the fundamental reason for wrinkling of refrigerated truck panels.
2. Reduce the molding temperature and extend the molding time
3. Avoid buried displacement
The embedded parts inside the box board are structural components that connect and fasten the box board, and they are indispensable. Require that it does not affect the structural strength and does not affect wrinkling. In this regard, improvements have been made to the size and structure of the embedded parts, which are slightly 2-3 millimeters smaller than the original design. To compensate for the defects caused by this, reinforcement materials can be used as a cushion layer to surround the embedded parts, fill the space formed by small embedded parts, and after curing, integrate with the box board. This not only solves the problem caused by displacement of embedded parts, but also improves the structural strength.
4. Ensure the fineness of the cutting material
The equipment maintenance personnel of the refrigeration unit manufacturer should regularly maintain and repair the composite board cutting equipment, and inspect and calibrate the measuring instruments. The precision of cutting equipment should be high to meet the accuracy requirements. Key instruments that do not meet the requirements need to be repaired or replaced.
5. Composite board paves the way
Unfold the composite panel and clamp both ends of the composite panel with pre made fixtures. After arranging the refrigerated truck board, remove the fixture in front of the press. In this way, since the foam board is pressed on the composite board, the composite board at the bottom will not be warped. The upper composite board, due to its larger area than the box board size, can be fixed to the mold with tape. After this treatment, it was observed that the outer edge of the composite board was flush with the outer edge of the box board, and the size of the surrounding edges was uniform.
6. How to solve the thickness error of foam plate
The thickness error of foam plate is mainly caused by equipment and human factors. It is necessary to regularly repair and maintain the equipment, especially the knife edge. Strengthening employee training is also an important aspect.
7. How to avoid inconsistent panel thickness
The thickness of the refrigerated truck composite panel is inconsistent, and the local thickness is caused by uneven surface of the forming mold, inconsistent thickness of the raw material reinforcement, and inconsistent glue spraying during operation. Adjust the mold to reduce errors caused by the mold and strengthen the inspection of raw materials.
