1. Pre cooling of goods

Goods that are too hot or too cold are loaded into the refrigeration system. The refrigeration device is set to transport the goods at the desired temperature, and the temperature of the goods is lowered or raised to the required temperature over a period of time. However, the opposite is true: goods do not cool (or rise), but rather damage or alter them.

The cold air blown out by the freezer changes the temperature of the goods, washes away the moisture of the goods, changes the quality of the goods, deteriorates the quality of the goods, shortens the storage life of the goods, and exacerbates the decay of the goods.

Because you are more likely to use horns to pull fresh beans, you can use horns to pull drier beans at the destination, which is lighter and more troublesome. That's also why refrigerated trucks usually go to the refrigerator to load luggage, and rarely go directly to the scene to load luggage.

2. Pre cooled refrigerated truck

Before loading, the vehicle should be pre cooled and preheated for about 1.5 hours. Due to the vehicles being parked outdoors, the temperature of the vehicles is usually the temperature of the external environment, while the temperature of goods transportation is generally not the ambient temperature, so there is no need to use refrigerated trucks for transportation.

When goods are loaded into a vehicle, the ambient temperature inside the vehicle affects the temperature and quality of the goods to be transported, so the vehicle needs to be pre cooled to the required temperature before loading.

3. Keep the refrigerated truck warm

Many people believe that refrigerated trucks are not refrigerators, as they can freeze or refrigerate the goods inside. In fact, refrigerated trucks are used to maintain the temperature of goods, not to cool them.

Similar to the cushion used to sell cold drinks, it wraps the goods and when the external temperature enters the refrigerated truck through radiation, conduction, and convection, it is carried away by the cold air blowing from the refrigerator, cutting off the heat source. Then put the goods in.

4. When loading and unloading goods, the refrigeration system should be turned off.

The refrigerator should be closed when unloading. Many people keep their refrigerators on when loading goods. I think this will slow down the temperature rise of the goods, but this is actually a very misleading view.

If the cooling unit is not turned off, when the car door is opened, the fan cooling unit runs through the evaporator, causing the fan to blow cold air above the vehicle and quickly absorb hot air from inside and outside the vehicle. The temperature is rapidly rising. When unloading the load after turning off the power, the fan stops, the airflow stops, the air pressure inside and outside the vehicle matches, and the speed of external hot air entering slows down.

5. Uninstall

One thing to consider when placing goods is the circulation of cold air inside the refrigerated truck. The goods are loaded on double-sided pallets with thin film on them to keep them fresh. The tray film should prevent circulating cold air from entering the goods, and there should be at least 23 centimeters of distance between the top of the vehicle and the goods.

The floor of refrigerated truck manufacturers usually has ventilation ducts, but some do not. If not, place it in a double-sided tray to ensure cold air circulation at the bottom of the floor.
