The repair method is to polish scratches and cracks into a rough surface, evenly apply the mixed raw materials, wait for the raw materials to dry and polish them smooth, and then apply paint.

2. Repair of damaged insulation layer in cold storage

Due to collision or other reasons, the insulation layer may be damaged, and the refrigeration compartment may lose its insulation performance. Most of the damaged parts of the insulation layer are cut into areas and made into polyurethane insulation material and glass panels of the same size.

The insulation material is covered with glass fiber felt, coated with unsaturated polyester, and covered with glass plates inside and outside. It is placed in the cut diaphragm hole and fixed on the entire diaphragm with external force. It is cured for about 1-2 hours and coated with adhesive.

3. Small area peeling and repair of refrigeration compartment

During the manufacturing process of the film for refrigerated trucks, due to a small amount of gas not being discharged in time between the insulation layers, it cannot be fully bonded, which can seriously affect the insulation effect.

Most repair methods involve drilling 18mm small holes in the middle of the separation plate, injecting unsaturated polyester adhesive with a rubber gun, tightening with external force, and painting after the adhesive has fully cured.
