3. After warming up the car, check the intelligent return water condition of the upper return pipe of the car's antifreeze storage tank. During maintenance, there is no need to blindly follow the trend and disassemble or replace parts.
4. Car antifreeze should be replaced every 2 years, and original spare parts must be used when replacing and adding it. Adding water to the engine cooling system, or adding car antifreeze with a concentration value exceeding 60%, can cause excessive temperature.
5. The high working pressure at the high pressure end of the air conditioning unit is too high, and the refrigerant or lubricating grease for the soft furnishings is filled too much. The self regulating function of the internal self regulating compressor is ineffective, resulting in high pressure. There are also blockages in the air conditioning condenser. The common faults mentioned above are increasing the load on the engine, consuming the heat pipe heat dissipation characteristics of the refrigeration system, and leading to high temperature. Insufficient or excessive refrigerant charging in air conditioning reduces the actual cooling effect.
On general roads, if the engine overheats, the speed should be reduced as soon as possible, and the refrigerated truck should be driven under the shade of trees or to a relatively cooler area to slow down the car. Open the engine hood and let the engine run at idle speed, waiting for the engine temperature to slowly recover. There is engine overheating on the highway, be sure to immediately turn on all the warm air and open the window glass. Because warm air assists in cooling the circulating water heat pipe, it can significantly reduce the cooling temperature.
