Let's talk about the current application of refrigerated trucks in many fields, but the knowledge of refrigerated truck manufacturers may not be very familiar to everyone.
Some refrigerated truck refrigeration users believe that the lower the temperature of the low-temperature cold storage, the better, so that the shelf life of the stored ice can be extended.

But sometimes it should be determined based on the storage temperature required for different items, such as fruits and vegetables. Low refrigerated transportation temperatures in refrigerated trucks can easily cause freezing damage, while meat products can be stored for a longer time at low temperatures. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the temperature for cold storage from the perspective of long-term storage time.
Meat can be stored for 4-6 months at -18 ° C and 8-12 months at -23 ° C. As meat is expected to reach consumers within 5 months, it is sometimes considered whether to choose a storage temperature of -23 ° C. Therefore, the design of a low-temperature cold storage for refrigerated trucks depends on the product's lifecycle and its useful storage environment to select the appropriate storage temperature.
The temperature of a low-temperature cold storage is below -20 ° C, because seafood and cold drinks need to be below -20 ° C to not spoil. The characteristic of a low-temperature cold storage is to gradually place instruments into the cold storage irregularly, and after a period of time, the temperature of the cold storage reaches -20 ° C.
There are no other requirements for this period, but strict requirements are placed on the storage temperature. A typical low-temperature cold storage is between -18 ° C and -23 ° C. However, for storing cold drinks containing dairy products, the storage temperature should be set at -20 ° C to -28 ° C. However, these two different temperatures require different levels of equipment, and there is a significant difference in equipment investment.
