Cold chain logistics uses refrigerated trucks and refrigerators to transport fresh ingredients to various places, thus meeting the needs of people in different regions for fresh ingredients.

At present, cold chain logistics often uses refrigerated trucks for transportation. During refrigerated transportation, the refrigerated compartment of Chongqing refrigerated trucks will inevitably experience cold air leakage, which will lead to an increase in temperature inside the refrigerated compartment.

When the temperature inside the refrigerated compartment rises to 0 ℃, the ice inside the refrigerated compartment will melt into water, causing a change in the humidity inside the refrigerated compartment. This change in humidity can have a significant impact on the preservation of the food stored inside the refrigerated compartment.

It can be seen that in cold chain logistics, there is a need for a humidity control device in the market to maintain the humidity of the refrigerated environment within the appropriate range for agricultural products in the refrigerated environment.

The humidity control device includes a liquid storage container with a cooling section inside. Excluding the wet container, there is a cooling section inside, which is connected to different positions of the liquid storage container through pipes and conduits at different locations.

Output port and valve, located in the pipeline, used to control the liquid storage container. Remove any two connections between the wet container and the output port. Valves and pipelines are used to control the storage container. Remove any two connections between the wet container and the input port. Heating container, equipped with heating components inside, and connected to the moisture removal container and the liquid storage container.

The humidity control device also includes a heat exchanger located between the heating container and the dehumidification container, and connected to the heating container, the dehumidification container, and the liquid storage container.

The cooling section is located at the upper part of the liquid storage container, and the cooling section is located at the upper part of the wet container. Among them, the two ends of the pipeline are respectively connected to the upper part of the liquid storage container and the upper part of the moisture removal container, and the two ends of the pipeline are respectively connected to the lower part corresponding to the liquid storage container and the lower part opposite to the moisture removal container. Among them, the connection position between the wet container and the heating container is located below the cooling section.

The heating container is connected to the third and fourth pipes respectively to remove the wet container, and the heating component is located at the lower part of the heating container. Among them, one end of the third pipeline is connected to the lower part of the wet container, and one end of the fourth pipeline is connected to the upper part of the wet container and located below the cooling section.

The other end of the third pipeline is connected to the upper part of the heating container, while the other end of the fourth pipeline is connected to the lower part of the heating container. Among them, the third pipeline is equipped with a circulation pump to pump the wet solution removed from the wet container to the heating container, and the fourth pipeline refluxes the wet solution removed from the heating container to the wet container.
